La Liga MVP Ter Stegen Headlines ESPN's Best and Worst XIs

Marc-Andre ter Stegen leads the way for the best XI of the season, while there are some shock inclusions in the worst XI
ESPN's Sam Marsden and Alex Kirkland have picked their best and worst XIs of the 2022-23 LaLiga season, with Barcelona goalkeeper Marc-Andre ter Stegen winning the La Liga MVP award.
Ter Stegen has been in impressive form for Barcelona this season, keeping 15 clean sheets in 31 league appearances. He has also made some crucial saves in big games, helping Barcelona to win the league title.
Joining Ter Stegen in the best XI are Real Madrid defender Antonio Rudiger, Barcelona defender Ronald Araujo, Real Madrid midfielder Luka Modric, Barcelona midfielder Pedri, Real Madrid forward Karim Benzema, and Atletico Madrid forward Antoine Griezmann.
The worst XI includes some surprise inclusions, such as Barcelona defender Gerard Pique, Real Madrid midfielder Toni Kroos, and Atletico Madrid forward Joao Felix.
